Colour grading & artifact removal

Bringing out the colour, levelling it shot to shot and quietly erasing what shouldn’t be there — for Gabacho Maroc’s “Moussaoui” (Essaouira & Cádiz), the Cádiz Carnaval documentary “The Singing City / La Ciudad que Canta” by Marko & Natasa Simic, and “Next Door Family”.

04 — Poetic films

“My work tends to focus on the poetic.”

Some laurelled, some not — films made for personal fulfilment, often around a poem read aloud.

Still from the short film "BOTH", a narrative collage built from more than 15,000 photographs

05 — AI animation

Hand‑made,
machine‑dreamt.

Jordan began working with artificial intelligence on the graphics for Vumbra’s “The Crows” — seven minutes where his own animation and AI-generated imagery feed each other. Today AI is part of the toolbox: never a shortcut, always a collaborator that gets directed, cleaned and composited like any other layer.

La IA como pincel, no como piloto automático.

  • AI-assisted music videos & loops
  • Style frames & look development
  • Compositing & cleanup of AI footage
  • Hybrid 2.5D animation, hand-cut + generative

06 — Poemas al momento

Poems on the spot.
Poemas al momento.

Away from the timeline, Jordan busks in the streets of Cádiz with a vintage typewriter and a cardboard sign. A stranger gives him a word, a feeling or a name — and a few minutes later walks away with an original poem, typed from the top of his head. No drafts, no copies, no two alike.

Dime una palabra y te escribo un poema. Lo que sale, sale.

Te amo

Has dicho “te quiero”
Por primera vez
Esta noche

Mas fácil decir “adiós”,
No?

— Jordan T. Caylor

“I love you.” You said “I care for you” for the first time tonight. It’s easier to say “goodbye”, right?
